In Mapperley: free parking is available on the street at all times, with no current restrictions.

Mapperley is in easy reach of Nottingham City Centre and well connected by local public transport to nearby Woodthorpe, Mapperley Park, Sherwood, Arnold, Carlton and villages like Woodborough and Lambley. Coronation Road is just a short, 2 or 3 minute walk from the main Mapperley Top shopping area

Buses from Nottingham City Centre run every 10 minutes from King Street - Sky Blue line number 45 (approx journey time 15-20 minutes depending on the time of day). Get off at Robinson Road stop.

Accessibility in Mapperley
There's a sloped driveway for access if steps are an issue - please say if you wish to use this, so it can be left clear of cars. There's one small step onto the porch - a ramp is available on request. The therapy room is on the ground floor with level access (minimum door width 75cm). Note: there is one step down to access toilet facilities. Due to space restrictions it isn't possible to provide ramp or lift access. Accessible toilets are available at many nearby pubs and coffee shops in the Mapperley shopping area.

In Stapleford: Counselling and Hypnotherapy Services can also be provided at Remedy Treatments, 100 Nottingham Road, Stapleford, Nottingham NG9 8AQ. Free on street parking is available. there is a sloped driveway access with one step up into the treatment centre. Availability of therapy rooms is more limited than Mapperley, so I may not be able to offer as many appointment time options.
